I have spent the past several days putting my 400 back together after haveing it completely apart to rebuild the engine, TA and a general cleaning and inspection of everything else.

Beginning teardown.

Here is the special socket I made to fit the 2 1/2" nut on the front of the crankshaft.

Lookin' good, Kirk, and I like that socket.

Apart from a few things like my micrometers and torque wrenches, the most costly hand tool in my chest is the 2-1/4" socket, and the only thing on the place it fits is the tension nut on the slip clutch of my sickle mower.
