Farmall 706 Gas

What"s a 1964 Farmall 706 gas worth? Three point, Power Steering, power brakes, good paint, needs tires, and TA is out. The three point looks like it has never been used. Brakes and Power Steering work good. The range shifter and speed shifter both work good. (Detents are good) Doesn"t appear to use any oil. Could use a tuneup and carb rebuild.

Just bought a 1965 706 for $4500. Has two point that I switched for the three point for $500. 400 hrs on rebuilt motor, all fluids changed tires in very good condition. Tractor is in great shape overall. noe welds in the front axles. TA works great. Yours with no TA will cut the value quite a bit. Hope this helps.

In Todays market 2500 would be a fair price as you will get around 12-1400 in doing the T/A yourself and if ya need help myself and Owen and Pete can haelp ya with all the little squeeks and giggles .

I would say around $3500-$4500, Just try to buy a Compact For this amount,I sold my Diesel for $4700 /7 years ago/Had motor blown up when I bought it,Just about broke even when it left.Had a Gas one at the same time,it was alot better power house than the diesel.Yours sure would make a good winter tractor,Gas will allways Start !
