No and I don"t think you would want to do it becuase the C"s engine has less power than the H"s. You might as well find a used H engine or rebuild the one you got. The parts for an H are easy to come by.

It would be a mediocre swap with difficulty.
A engine plate from a 340 340U or other small engined series in an H series chassis would help, along with the assortment of parts to make it operational. Even a 150+ cid engine in that small block series would work (with effort) to make a mediocre tractor. Putting the effort into a 350 block (which fits) would be far better money and time spent. No way could you get it to fit without tons of machine work. Why put an engine with 113 cu in to replace one that had much more. How would you fasten the front of the C block to the frame of the H.

IH did use that engine family in 330, 340 and 504 tractors that had a similar clutch housing as a H. Some also used the same starter ring gear as a H. Trouble is the 330 and 340 didn't use frame rails and the 504 frame rails bolted to the outside of the clutch housing. Don't think the H rails will work with those engines.
About anything can be done though. 134 or 153 turning the faster RPMs would be interesting in a H. Probably have more power than a bone stock H distillate, kerosene or maybe even a gasoline engine. Probably wouldn't lug or last as long though. Don't think it would be worth the trouble with smaller engines. Thats just my opinion and the wife says its not worth much.

Don't know about the machine work, but I can tell you from lots of experience with H's and A's and B's that the H didn't have all that much torque to begin with, and you'd have even less with the much smaller engine.
