I'd like to know if the F-400 and the W-400 belt pulley levers point in opposite directions.

The picture is a F-400 gearbox recently installed on a W-400 tractor. The throttle linkage and steering components don't leave much room for the push/pull engagement rod. This is the first time a belt pulley gearbox has ever been installed on this tractor.

If the lever was lengthened and rotated 180 degrees, it would be a better installation. I can't find any pictures that show the correct configuration.

Thanks Dave,

Looks like I will have to get a parts book for this tractor even though I have a F-400/450 book. I'd also like to know what were the hydraulic options for this tractor.
