Farmall h - m wide front axle

Will a Schwartz wide front axle that is on a Farmall M fit a Farmall H? Thanks.

Some folks will tell you yes, the 2 will interchange, but I will tell you that since the M is 2 inches wider than the H, and the center mounting yoke for the H is a totally different part number than for the M, then no, it will not work. However, you can purchase the center yoke for the H and then everything will fit.
