1206 torque

what usualy goes bad on the torque? mine is out on the low side on my 1206. can i just buy the parts to fix mine? what do i need to buy?

I believe I would replace the whole thing with a rebuilt. The low side is what goes out on them. Usually you can still run the tractor on the high side. I've run my 806 like that for 15 years. I just do light field work like discing and hay with it.

everything goes bad on a t/a. Discs on both sides, rings, bushing,shaft, ring glands, sprag, piston o rings, lube baffle. I think that"s pretty much it. Sometimes gears are chipped and flaking.
