I was able to go about 100' before I noticed I had a bearing out. Dad and the neighbor finished the field, so I guess I have plenty of time to fix before next year. I hope to find a 403 diesel so my dad does not have to open up the field for me, and I will have more time to play!

I bought an 80 several years ago and had some fun with it. Took several bearings to get it working right but it went right through 20 acres of beans. Then I got a 914. The idea was to put a grain head on it and a corn head. No engine, no transmission, no brakes, no power steering, no AC just combine. But all the heads have to be offset to work on a 914. Next time I'll try a 6601.
