Air Precleaner Pic - is it off a Farmall?

The fellows on another board said this might have come from an H. I did a google image search but it looks like your precleaners were a little different in the shape.
Anybody here recognize the thing?
I got it off a 9N Ford.

It was not used on IH tractors.

MY 1940 H had the same precleaner on it when I bought it from the original owners in Oklahoma. It had been in the family on their ranch since new. They had added the pecleaner like yours and a monroe seat bought from the IH dealer the rest was a stock tractor. It still has that same precleaner on it now.

My Massey Harris 33 diesel had one very similar, (only from memory). Massey Harris purchased just about everything at that time. So it could well have been available for IH owners as an aftermarket item.
