What kinda manifold is this?

This manifold came off my early M. Obviously it"s not the distillate that should be on it for the year. It"s not like all the gasser manifolds i"ve seen on m"s before...possible LP manifold? I havn"t a clue to be honest...please tell me O" farmall gods ha ha. thank ya much-Ted

It is a LP manifold from a 450. They are considered to be a "performance" part when used on an earlier engine. You might even have the 450 LP head that it was originally attached to. The heads are worth over $1000 and are favored by pullers.

My W-400 does not have those parts.

your manifold is a 450 gas manifold. the lp manifold did not have the three ribs between the exhaust and intake halves. on the lp manifold the intake and exhaust are not connected in the middle at all. your manifold was probably a ih replacement item because it was the last style available from ih for a gas m thru 450.

Visit your local friendly plummer and borrow a pipe tap to clean out those rusty threads so your exhaust pipe will thread back in place.
