and sence in that same sentance he says will indlude extra tires and factory duals, i think hes talking about the rears lol

The fronts are leaning outward, which really makes me think they are attached
 
That's just plain wierd :eek: . Due to the tilt (can never remember which is caster and which is camber), wouldn't you want the outside tire to be smaller than the inside?
 
Not an option, he just attached an extra wheel to each side. Don't know how that will steer. Perhaps he lives in a swamp.
 
Caster is the lean forward (negative) or rearward (positive) of the vertical steering axis. Camber is the tilt in (positive) or out (negative) of the wheel.

I think that's how the positive and negative works, positive is better for handling, negative is worse.

The inside wheel turning more than the outside is called akerman or ackerman.
