You mentioned in your post you are recovering from Swine Flu.
Did you kick it on your own or did you take Rx Drugs.
Just wondering what people are being prescribed by Dr.'s and what they are doing to get through it.

| Also DO NOT drink anything with caffine, it is very bad for you for some reason, The doctor said drink 8-10 cups of orange juice a day, been through 5 gallons so far
All i can say if you think you have it, go see a doctor becuase it knocks you on you @ss, im in pretty good shape and i could bring myself out of bed from sunday- wens. You are contageous 10 days after your fever goes away, I am always tired, today i tried to take the tractor to get gas to get something done, got back and was absolutly exhausted, Sleeping is a pain becuase you nose runs so much, and the cough is so violent that it wakes me up
terrible, been down all week
and its spelt tamiflu, sorry about that
Hope all is well- Pat

| Mt. Dew will actually work against you. It contains a lot of caffine, and caffine is a diuretic, which makes your body lose fluids, not hydrate you.
Juices, Gatoraide and/or water are the best things you can drink while fighting an illness. |

| As stated the Piggy flu is a virus. All you can do is treat the symptoms with cold meds and do drink LOTS of fluids. Take motrin or tylenol for the temp and aches. I drank Mtn Dew. All I could keep down for 3 days.If you have trouble breathing go to the DR asap. |

| The flu is a virus. There are no drugs available to fight a virus. Antibiotics are no help. Just take motrin to help control the fever and let it run it's course. |

| If you know you have the flu early enough, you can take Tamiflu. Here is a link to some information. There is also a website by the manufacturer at http://www.tamiflu.com/ |
