Does anyone think there is a market for a after market inclosed cab for a Cub
Something that you can remove for summer
And no holes to drill in the Cub

I would be if the cost was with in reason.
After long seaches on the web for a product like this all i found was very costly cabs and crap ones.

But nothing for cubs. I have the means to fab one but was hopeing to find one already done.

Some of the hard sided cabs that i have come accross for I.H tractors cost more then the tractor.

Keep me posted on what you do.

IH did make one (like a heat houser). I have seen them on ebay, in good condition they go for a lot of $$.

There's a market for it, but not at a price point that will make it profitable, or even a break-even proposition... You'll probably need to get $400-$500 each to make it worthwhile for you, and at that price most of the guys who say "Yeah, I'd buy one" will balk.

You gotta remember that you're marketing to mostly retired farmers here. Not a lot of money for cool fun things or even nice-to-haves in most cases.

My Dad retired from milking cows about a year ago and he's trying to make a go of cash cropping. Recently he remarked to me that things have come full circle. Back when he started he patched things together and only bought new parts or had things professionally repaired when it was absolutely necessary. As the years went by things got better so he was able to fix things right. Now he's back to patching things together, doing all the repair work himself, and only buying new parts when absolutely necessary. That's the kind of guy you're marketing to for the most part.
