Is a Ih 466 and 414 the same besides stroke?

Tring to get some onfo for a new project.
Are they the same besides stroke. are the heads the same as well as the valves? Any help or input is appreciated.

There are 3 different heads.Low swirl,medium and high .The bores are the same and also the rod length, differnce is in the pin location on the pistons and the crank stroke.Blocks can have different lifter bores sizes and I think maybe oil pumps.

Thanks, thats what Im looking for. Is it safe to say that a ogh swirl head would be the beter to build a performance engine? Or with some porting does it even matter?

Low swirl is a turbo head ,high swirl non turbo.The best head is the one they call the + plus head.Theirs a + stamped in the head.
