Is this a SA Industrial

This is my SA. The sn# says it is a 1951.
YT photo download reduced the size, I hope you can see what I am referring too.
The tractor has the square front axle and the brace to the bell housing but it does not have a foot throttle.
The placard is the shining thing you see in front of the brake pedals. It was probably put there when the seat was converted. The serial number shows up plane but the model number is completely unreadable.
Do you think this is an industrial model.
Do all SA"s have the square axle?
The light colored thing you see just above the right tire is the west end of my dog who is headed east.

Maybe so maybe no, the axle was an option on the Farmall version. Look at the serial prefix on the engine, it should be IAAM on the International, FAAM on the Farmall.

"Maybe yes, maybe no". I have a sn tag off a yellow A . 1A 1AA 108041 and some remaining parts.
When I replaced the front seal on my Super A ,I considered replacing the steering bolster, axel etc with the one off the 1A 1AA. I didn't but
it could have been done on your tractor.

That square-tube axle was an option the Farmall version, so it may or may not be telling you anything. You might also look around for any telltale signs of the foot-feed having been removed. My memory's foggy but I think the pedal for it was down on the platform, among the clutch and brake pedals, kind of a round button affair. I haven't a clue how it acted on the linkage to the governor.

The serial number prefix will be the key to your answer.

Yours is probably a Farmall with the optional HD front axle. Only the serial number tells for sure. If your serial plate is unreadable, look for the engine serial number on the block. It will start with FAA for Farmall or IAA for International.

(quoted from post at 19:57:15 12/21/09) I will say no. It has no foot throttle and would have said International if the hood has not been painted.
