Works smooth now. No grinding from neutrol.
I trained about 3 gals of cruddy oil out of the trans drain.
They had it way over filled.
Ran it with a gal of diesel then drain and rinse it back through several times. Then rinsed twice with clean diesel and fill to the fill hole with new 80-90.
I don't know why that fixed it but it shifts smooth and easy now from all configurations. (And the leaks stop too) Thanks for the help.
Dell
PS. The steering box was leaking watery out the shaft so I drain about 2cups of water and some stinky oil and refilled with clean 80-90 just to the fill hole and that to is no longer leaking. |
