I recently bought a older (20 years with no decals) hydraulic auger for my gravity wagon.
I have a couple of questions, that hopefully some one can answer for me.
The auger has a hydraulic motor that operates it with a regulating valve mounted on it.
My question is when in use if I shut the valve off on the auger, won't it dead head the belly pump on the Farmall m.
Will the pump check and unload or will it just dead head the pump?
On a more modern tractor, like my 806, they have a hydraulic circuit for this type of operation. Correct?
Thank you for the input,
Joe
