I made it big so it could be read.

Thanks for the picture. I knew you could do it.
But not big enough. Don't worry. I saved it and
will blow it up.

Nice rig. Looks like 10 quart and 20 quart
freezers. Big bucks on those and they don't come
up for sale on eBay.

I am thinking along his lines by having multiple
freezers. Probably start out with four small
freezers and go from there. There is no reason
why I couldn't have a dozen. And you gotta have
an ice chipper. Nice job on that.

Seems like the hygenic considerations are not
being considered among these confectioneers. It
would seem to me that one also needs lots of hot
water. There should be a heat exchanger connected
to a garden hose or tank somewhere on the tractor.

I can't wait to start my training and having an
unlimited supply of ice cream. Speaking of
training, there is a College of Ice Cream in
Philadelphia. I think it is a two week course.

I included the picture below to let you know that
I have made an investment in the business. It
will probably plug into the front fast hitch. The
only problem is I have owned it for two years and
it is not getting any better with age. It is
complete and may still be operational. Don't know
whether to store it inside or outside. If it goes
in the barn, it could get banged up.
