bush hog

Is a 5 ft Howse brand bush hog too much to use with a 140. I am looking at a fast hitch one for my 140. I am concerned about the weight of the bushhog

I have a 5ft Mohawk rotary mower for my 140. I have had no problems with it as long as the grass/weeds are not too thick or tall. I have had no concerns with the weight either. My mower does have a tail wheel so that takes some of the weight off of the 1pt hitch. My 5' disc far out weighs my mower and my disc will make the lift work.

Not at all. I have a 5' Howse fast hitch for my 140 and don't have any problems at all. I have cut some pretty thick and nasty stuff with it, too.
