H-Brake Hanging up

The right brake on my H started to hang up a litte today. The pedal feels normal and it returns just fine. Brakes good too. I can hear it chatter a little as I drive it. I won"t be able to look at it until the weekend but thought someone must have experienced this on thier tractor. I have a manual and am sure I will be able to figure it out but if anyone has any advice, I would appreciate the help.

Three things make it happen (sometimes together sometimes independently)
The friction disks are glazed and polished (sand both the disks and the housing in non directional pattern)
balls and ramps have wear grooves in them ( clean and resurface the ramps and replace worn (eggshaped balls)
Plates are worn and near the limit of the system to work. Replace the disks when thin and out of spec. JimN

If you have the band brakes instead of the disk, possibly the lining is worn down to the point where a chunk of it broke off, or possibly one of the rivets came out and is rolling around, occasionally getting caught between the brake band and the drum.
