IH Dealer promotion item???? School me please

I was at an auction of a IH dealer that went out of business, looking for items for my Super A. I found these 45rpm record & filmstrip combination. There were different titles & numbered Like 59-07 "Brass Tacks about the new # 56 baler"

What exactly are these things??? Did you get one when you purchased the baler??

I think that those filmstrip/record presentations were shown in the dealer showrooms to promote new models. That kind of thing was common back in the '50's & '60's.

I doubt that anything like that went along with a purchase. Very few people would have had the equipment at home to run them on.

Yes, they were an early type of sales tool. Were you able to buy the
projector that went with the films? If you are interested in selling
any of the films I may be interested in buying.

No projector. just the films.....I figured that these took a regular projector, I thought back in the day everyone owned a projector like everyone has a digital camera these days :lol:

I will be putting them on e-bay one is there now.
