656 pto pressure

(quoted from post at 13:01:37 10/16/09) Well my book says 41 to 46 Psi.that is what it should read.

The 41 to 46 PSI is the pressure for the feather position. That is when you first start to engage the lever, before you start to apply pressure to the internal spring.

Hopefully someone can give the correct engagement pressure, I'm not near my manuals or I would look up what it should be.

The early pto's were set to about 185 psi until valve and spring was changed but servive manual doesn't reflect that change. Other parts were changed also but over the years it is hard to say what is in there for sure now.
