Farmall m manifold

I just picked up a 51 M and the manifold that is on it looks different than what i have seen before. There are three ribs that run from the intake to the exhaust and I think the number on it is 352437-R2 some of the numbers are hard to read. Does anyone know what this manifold is off of? Is it a propane manifold? Also it has been switched to 12 volts and has a ballast resistor by the coil. The coil that is on it says that it doesnt need a resistor can I remove the resistor or should I leave it on there? Thanks for any replies.

362437 R2 the manifold you describe was used on 450 gasoline tractors and the last type IH sold to replace gas manifolds on M through 450. If coil says its for 12 volt use without a resister, shouldn't need one.
