Cannot remove real wheel on 15-30 (22-36)

Just brought the family 15-30 (22-36) back from the family farm in Idaho, to Iowa City.
In only one week’s time, I have removed the cylinder head (140 pounds), the platform and “fenders”
and a bunch of other stuff…all for cleanup and assessment. Hasn’t run for decades.
I was able to pull the left rear wheel without difficulty with my wheel puller.
HOWEVER, the right rear will not pull.
Here’s what I have done to try: numerous applications of penetrating oil, numerous heavy raps on the wheel on many parts of the wheel. Attempted to use the wheel puller, breaking many of the bolts that fasten it together. Purchased some hard (number 9) bolts and began to pull without luck. Many more hard raps. Then, put a long galvanized pipe on the ¾ inch drive ratchet.
I am afraid I may break the puller if I turn REAL hard…might be advisable to use the breaker bar.
The penetrating oil cannot get all along the splines, probably.
Would welcome any suggestions. Thought about getting a large piece of bar steel and getting a sledge hammer to rap from the left to the right (in the direction of removal from the splines). Don’t know how much force to use.
Thanks, Tom

what ive done for them (15-30,s and 22-36's with splined axles) is use my 5 foot tankers bar and put it between the inside flange of the wheel and the bearing retainer on the axle housing and PULL

ive had some come off simply by pulling with my hands, and others where i got the big bar out.

worse one ever was an early 10-20 with the keyway axle. ended up hainv to take the whole axle out with the wheel on it and set it one end and pound out with a 15 pound sledge

Sometimes they don't come off. This is an I-9. I will have to detach the bull dear from the inner end of the axle, remove the outside bearing cap bolts, and extract the entire wheel, bearing, and axle together. Then it is hammer time or, maybe, jackhammer time.

Good question to ask here which is stronger rust or C02 welder i had a leaking oil seal on SWD6 half shaft ended up removing bull gear and oilseal/bearing retainer and pulling entire shaft removed wheel rim and got entire center into hydralic press at 60 tons we chickened out was afraid it would break wheel center put it in a bath off old diesel for 2 weeks back into press and it started to move at only 20 tons pressure. dont you just love old iron
