I would like to thank everyone for the advise over the last few months on fixing the issues with my dad's H. It is running very good and he is able to drive it some after the stroke. I am getting back to working on my MH 44, so I will check in and see how you are doing. I brought him home with me, and he commented that the H should run for a lot more years now.
