My brother-in-law just recently inherited a MCCORMICK FARMALL INTERNATIONAL 300 TRACTOR with TORQUE AMPLIFIER. It runs well and is without any engine deficits. My question is if anyone could tell me a fair pricing amount in regards to its worth?

There is one for sale on the Photo Ads for $2500 w/o a TA. Depends alot on the condition of the rear tires, how strong the hydraulics are, and whether it has a good pto and working 3"point hitch. Also, how badly beat up is the sheet metal.

Heck -It ought to bring $2500 as you described it.
You won't have the phone ringing off of the hook though. Money is tight and the younger guys want a shinny new import with a loader that they can finance.
