pulling cylinder head on MD

Need to pull cylinder head on my MD to replace head gasket. Have all parts on gas side removed, but was hoping to lift head off (with a hoist) without removing injection nozzles. Problem is what can I attach a chain or strap to, on the diesel side? On the gas side, there are the manifold studs, so that should work. Any ideas/suggestions appreciated.

what about inside the valve cover, should be some place you can thread a bolt to for a chain or sling. if all your replaceing is the head gskt. then leave as much as you can on the head.

Easiest is rachet straps to injector tie down bolts. Don't couple it too short, and don't let head bind on studs as it comes up.
