I have a head. New valves. All ya need are retainers for the valve springs. Where ya located?

I'm in Richmond TX and have a head that's been cleaned and magnufluxed and ready to rebuilt. It's been previously repaired.
The block needs to be cleaned and checked.
I also have a C-164 SH block with brand new in the box sleeves not installed yet. Bad part is it has no main bearing caps.
