Can a counter-clockwise h-4 mag be converted to run clockwise? If so, how hard would this be?

I don't think you can change to rotation because of the impluse. If you could you would have to change the spring and trip mechanism.

Yes, it is possible, but as previously stated, you will need to change the impulse coupler and change the gear setting in the rotor drive. Probably easier to buy another CW mag on eBay or here.

In addition to what the others have posted, it is necessary to reposition the breaker cam when reversing the rotation.
