farmall m vs 450 block

whats the difference between a farmall m and a farmall 450 block ? whats the cubic inch of each and are the blocks the same thickness ? looking to build a stroker motor for a reasonble amount of money - also looking maybe for a stroker motor is price is right

I don't know what the difference is. But, an M is 248 c.i., a super M is 264 and a 450 is 281 c.i. Stock bores are 3-7/8", 4" and 4-1/8" respectively.
You can resleeve an M to 264, a super M to 281 - and I don't know about a 450.
I know this isn't all you asked, but hope it is of some help to you.

is a 49 farmall m block the same thickness as a 450 block ? i think they are the same blocks just different cubic inch - anyone out there know ?
