OK farmall folks, how many horse power does a 1952 supper m have???

After all these years putting it on a dyno is the only way to know for sure. The one tested at Nebraska test laboratory in 1952 had a maximum output on the belt of 43.92 HP and 33.33 drawbar HP. With parts installed in later years over 50 and higher is not uncommon.

Our chart used to show them at 46 pto hp std gasoline, 48 hp belt on neb test and this is about where they usually came in at on the dyno as most were still factory then. .

Checked agian, looked at the wrong lines for peak HP. 46.26 belt, 41.79.DB. If at sea level and 60 air temp.rated at 48.56 and 44.24. No wonder lots of figures are different, I'm as confused as you are.
