Yes, with the exception that the engaging lever will be on the opposite side. It is welded but you can cut the welds (with a grinder or hacksaw) and reattach to the right side where the 450 lever should be.

If you have a welder, it shouldn't take more than ten minutes. You will need a little right angle clip to hold the pull rod. It attaches to the sheet metal surrounding the hydraulic reservoir with two sheet metal screws. The screw holes or clip might already be on your tractor.

It looks like I still can't tell my left from my right. The belt pulley operating lever for the 400-450 should be sticking out on the left.

I have replaced mine (F400) with a M Cotton Picker PTO box. That's why the confusion. Sorry
