Will a non professonal repaired manifold cause your tractor to sputter sometimes. not really smoth out??? thanks rick

If repaired means no leaks, and a tight gasket surface to the head and carb, and no blockage of internal flow, then no it will not cause issues.
All other possibilities include it was not repaired. JimN
