Farmall H Gas Cap leaks

The gas cap (new style) leaks when I have about 3/4 of a tank full and point the front downhill. I made a new gasket from 3/32 dense cork material. This seems to help some but I am still getting a leak. Any help would be appreciated.

The lip of the filler neck on the tank is out of shape. There is a special tool that can be used to straighten it back into shape but they are hard to find. Someone else may know where there is one.

rusty, there is a guy that posts down on the tractor tales board, his friend makes the tools and sells them to re form the tank neck. i think they are around 175.00 for the tool. maybe big mike or bigun, i cant remember.
