460 diesel glow plug wiring

Anyone have any good diagrams or pictures of the wiring for the glow plugs on a 460 diesel? I bought one and all the wiring is off of it and in a pale. I have a few service manuals but cant find the glow plug wiring or some other small stuff anywhere in them.

I was told a few days ago that American engines (yours) are parallel wired. From switch to each plug with voltage, and ground to each plug. JimN

My 504 is series, dasiy-chained. They ground through the head.

Operators manuals have good wiring diagrams and yes , they are definetely hooked parallel. Each glow plug has only one terminal and ground is internal through the threads. If they were series hooked each would have two terminals and last one in line would ground through that second terminal.

You are right. It is parallel by grounding through the base. A few too many cold ones and a long day... An I have an Engineering Degree? Forgive me.

There is one wire from the meter to an insulator block located between the third and forth injector. At that point the wire is connected to two others, each having connectors for three glow plugs.
