It has a non-pressurized thermo-syphon cooling system. No water pump, no thermostat, at least not from the factory.
Not unusual for them to make gurgling sounds after it is shut down.
Make sure that the radiator is full so that the thermo-syphon can work. If it seems to be overheating, you may need to flush dirt and rust out of the radiator and block.

Curtis: The boiling and gurgling is caused from shutting down too quick after working. These tractors need about 2-3 min. at idle to allow cooling. Even then a bit of gurgling is quite normal.
