Does this have a name and part number?

I have one on the left side, on the right side I need the base and finder. I am not sure what to ask for.I went to a local junk yard and saw a lot of different ones.The bases I saw were flat bars with rows of holes in them. HELP

I've never seen one like this on a Farmall. IH casting had the part number stamped in or molded on. Maybe someone took this from another make or it is aftermarket.

The fenders should just bolt on the top of the axle with 4 bolts.

I am thinking that fender and bracket from a old case; not sure what model. I have a farmall M that hase old case fenders and brackets like your picture. Also lite bracket and wide front made from case parts but I can't look at it tonight. If possible post a picture of the complete fender and bracket. As much as I know IH part numbers mostly end in r1 or r91. E-mail is open. Armand

I agree with the other comments, that you aren't looking at an IH part. I've never seen a fender set-up like that.
