H cooling fins forward of radiator

On my H it has some cooling fins that are supposed to move back and forth with a lever but most are rusted shut. I took it apart and rebuilt most of the bad pieces but now I need the rivets to put it back together. Any help in finding the where I could get the rivets would be appreciated. Thanks Todd

Those are shutters that were closed to warm the engine either for burning distillate or just for use in winter to keep engine warm.

I'll be rebuilding the shutters for my '44 H someday, so I'd be interested to hear this answer as well.

A good hardware store should have them, I found some a couple of years ago.
