MCV location

From what I have read here I quess I need to locate and fix this MCV valve on my 895. I have power steering or the loader works but not both at the same time and not very well. Both are purdy slow. More than alittle frustrating when loading hay on a semi trailer in a tight barn lot. So where is it located on these IH utilities? And what do you do once you find them? What is the fix?

Hi, the MCV is behind the hydraulic filter under the left foot rest. Do simple things first, like changing the hydraulic filter and adding an extra 5 gals of hytran fluid. Does your parking brake work? OR is the chewed up parking brake clogging up the hydraulics? How many hours on the tractor? To properly test the hydraulics and repair the MCV requires a shop manual and hydraulic pressure and flow guages.
