runs for little bit when put under load. Then tries to die off. Idle down and pull choke out it will putt putt enough to get home. New coil ,new plug wires, new champion d18 spark plugs, new fuel line. I thinks it gas,but everone around here tries something new. Nothing works.Need help, don't know where else to turn.

check fuel flow, then carb, then manifold gsk, if it is the manifold gsk, use the thicker one when you replace it, good luck.

You have a fuel blockage somewhere between the tank and carburetor. Disconnect the gas line at the carb and see if there's a full stream of gas from from the line. Hold a clean container to catch the gas. If this is just has a trickle you need to clean the tank and gas line. If there's a full stream from the line then the carburetor may be the culprit. It may have a screen behind the fitting where your gas line connects that's full of rust and dirt or the carb needs a good soaking in carb cleaner and cleaned thoroughly.
If that carb has a main jet adjustment screw like the one's used on the Farmall M & H you need to open it. Garden tractors have that too. Hal

Well like others have said check fuel flow first , BUT get rid of the D18's way TO HOT next put the correct gas in it as a 706 gasser will not WORK on 87 octane gas needs 93 read the owners ,manual on fuel requirements for a 706 gas then use the correct gas . There is no if ands or buts on this subject .
