t-9 ih crawler no spark

Does it have a mag or a distributor? I would clean the points with some 320 wet or dry until shiny. If you have a distributor you need battery voltage. With the points open & the ignition on you should have battery voltage on both small terminals on the coil. If it has a mag you should hear the impulse coupling snap. Hal
 
If its a battery powered coil distributor ignition, my Troubleshooting Procedure will help, if its anything other than a Wico C or X magneto (Seriously doubt its that) Im Out to Lunch lol
