I wonder were i could get a complete power steering to fit these tractor looking for cylinder and pump any help would be apreciated thanks Darren

The cylinder (375 260 R) was discontinued some years ago but the same basic cylinder was used on the 9's, 600's, 650,s, I 560's, & 660 which should widen your salvage yard search.

I have PS on both my 660 and 650. I'll post some pictures later today.

You may not need a pump. You should check a parts book to see if your hydraulics are configured for PS. If not you should get the necessary valve when you find the powered drag link for the International 560/660.

650 power steering. Similar but not the same as 660 or 560 Wheatland

Hi Warner yeah i guess they are different thanks i guess i have to narrow the search down to 560 or 660 you wouldn't happen to know where i could get one

Id say place an ad on here or talk to salvage yards. Where abouts are you located? Otherwise you might try talking to Scott Knight in Western WI, he's the one I ent to for parts for my 560W a little over a year ago.

I added power steering to my 660 by using a priority control in the existing hydraulic system just above where it comes out on the left side of the tractor. and the power steering control and cylinder from a NH 980 combine.

I should also say I widened the front axle 18" by cutting the axle (solid 5") on either side of the center and welding in a 9" piece on each side. I did this to facilitate using a 9' Leon dozer to push snow. The extra width gives more room for the hydraulic cylinder. But that may not in fact be necessary.
