Freeman loader

I just bought a Freeman Loder #620 off a farmall h to put on my h. Wondering what the color of it was when it was new. Its missing the bucket, whats a good price for a used one?

We had a Freeman 2000 loader on the M when I was very very young. As I recall it was yellow. It had a trip bucket that didn't always want to stay up, which was frustrating when scraping the barnyard. Dad would get a big bucket full of sloppy cow excrement and the bucket would trip 5 feet short of the spreader.

I bought a new Freeman 4000XL in the ealy '70s & put on a Farmall 656. Picked it up at the factory in Peru, IN. At the time their loaders were painted yellow, about the same shade as CAT yellow. Freeman had either just been bought by Bush Hog or it was soon after that.

Dad bought a Freeman loader in 1959 for our JD 420 and the loader was an orange-red colour somewhat the colour of the spray cans of metal primer paint.
