Mark in coulterville

My A is running terrible it runs for about 5 min
and I have replaced the head gasket intake manifold gasket coil and point and condenser set
cleaned the fuel tank and strainer and replaced the fuel line compression and plugs are good my friend went thru the carb and cleaned it out which helped now it runs about 10 min and stalls
so im pretty sure the carb need a complete rebuild I know it is a marvel/shebele carb but dont know which one so I can order a rebuild kit
my A is a 1947 it has only one jet screw located at the top the bottom of the bowl has a plug
does anyone know what I have? also I ordered a shop manual but it hasent arrived what do I set the point gap to?
