300LP Help!

Okay gang, I need some advise on the power steering. The drive sits on top of the valve cover and it is leaking. Not sure how to take the steering shafts off to get it out to rebuild. I also noticed that the front steering shaft has rubbed a hole in my radiator. Suggestions on what to do to prevent this?

The steering shaft will need to come out the front, so pulling the sheet metal is the start of the project. The radiator is adjustable on rubberized fabric shims to clear the shaft. There are roll pins in the U joints (or bolts) that must be removed. Parts should be available for the seals in the torque generator (leaking thing) Fix the radiator while you are there. The big nut on the front of the steering box is the place to start removing the shaft. Take pictures, and lay things out cleanly. JimN
