How do I replace the seals in this thing?!?

The dealer sold me the red seal in the bottom of the picture. Then when I took it apart there were two more felt seals in there. I can't figure out how to get the outer (towards dirt side) felt seal out. When I replace do I just leave both original felt seals in? Can you replace more parts???

Any help is gladly appreciated.

The original seal was made with leather and also used a felt ring to help seal. The other felt ring was used to help keep dirt away from the seal.

The replacement seal is only a single lip type seal without any felt. Install the felt ring into the axle housing cap first and then install the seal with the lip facing the bearing.
 
Ok, so the seal would be in "backwards" of the normal direction. (Normal being wheel bearing type installation.)
 
I don't think I would call it backwards. The lip goes toward the oil, just like it does in a wheel hub assembly.
 
I was just thinking of it as backwards bc you normal "pound" on the closed side. (I don't have a seal pusher, I usually use big sockets.)
