Clutch stuck after pressure washing

So I pressure washed my H two weeks ago. I parked it and pulled the radiatior and started painting. I went to move it today and clutch appears to be stuck. I have readjusted the travel to about 1" of free travel, before it begins to engaqe. I pulled the inspection cover and the fingers appear to move and compress the springs. However I cannot get it to disengage.

What can I try? this blasted thing is really trying my patience.

not an uncommon problem for the disc to stick. if you can get the tractor pointed in a safe direction, get it started and warmed up in neutral. then shut it off, slip er in 3rd or 4th, block the clutch pedal down with a 2x2 that you can easily remove from the operators platform, then start it up and drive around. stomp the brakes several times to see if you can get the disc to break loose. it should pop loose. once you get it loose, slip the clutch a few times to get the rust off. prolly need to relube the throw out and pilot bearings too.
