F-20 Heisler overdrive

I see a F-20 Heisler overdrive on E-bay. WHERE could you get a manual or operating directions, installation, oil capacity Etc.????? I have googled for HEISLER info and get DEAD ENDS. I think they were made in Hudson IOWA ??? why are they so TOP SECRET ??

eisler went out of business over 50 years ago. The bulk of their assets were actioned off at that time. Most of them have been subsequently sold and resold. For some reason, companies like that have been terribly slow about putting their operator's manuals on the internet.
