F20 Sleeves Pistons

Where can we find new sleeves &Pistons for or F20? I don't seem to find them listed in most listings. Everything I see is for newer tractors. Thanks for any help. AJB
 
It will be a challenge to get new ones. I needed a set for my regular (same engine). Not that the piston/ sleeve fit was all that bad, it had just rusted so badly at the block sleeve interface it seemed unlikely that we could get by without a coolant leak. There were a ton of suggestions including JB weld. I finally found a NOS set of sleeves and pistons at Alderson. Rice didn"t have any and Fordson only had used ones. The used ones unfortunately had the same corrosion issues mine had.
Not cheap but he had them and the price wasn"t far off from having a set of sleeves made. At the time he also had some oversize sets.

Any new ones will probably have to be obtained from a sleeve house like LA Sleeve. There are several on the internet. Quote I got from LA sleeve was about 250 each.
Send them yours and they will duplicate it. Chances are your piston isn"t that worn so the new sleeves can be fitted to them and a set of rings will get you on your way.. Oddly, rings are available.

Heard rumors that a Massey Harris 4" sleeve and piston setup will work. Have not really researched it any, but a F20 that I got supposively has it in it. The man that rebuilt it has past away.
 
Back when we farmed with them we always bought the thin sleeves and the 4in pistons when overhauling them. That would most times allow you to plow one gear faster.
