adding water or antifreeze to a rear tire

How and where can I get something to put the water/antifreeze in the rear tire on an IH 464? This may be a stupid question, but I need the answer.

napa auto pats or fam and fleet will have the liquid fill adapters. next you will need a pump. the least expensive is the drill powered pump from home depot, around 10 dollars or so.

A friend of mine sets the barrel on the upper deck of his gooseneck and runs a water hose to the adapter and lets it gravity feed. Think it takes a while.
