300 utility alternator

I haven't been here in a long while, but need a bit of help wiring an alternator to the 300 U. I'm Using a delco remy. Old one burned out diodes, because i mixed up on +/- ground. Tractor should have been 6V + grd original but someone converted it. I thought it was. Anyway I need a wiring diagram of how to connect new 12v - grd alternator to it. Thanks for any help.

In addition to the diagrams included, this is the main sequence.
Alt big terminal to the amp gauge load side (where light switch is wired)
Alt #1 terminal (assumes a DELCO 10SI 3 terminal alt) goes to either a warning lamp (side marker bulb will do), or a 3 amp 100 PIV diode with the band toward the alternator, or a 150 ohm 10 watt resistor.
Then from the other terminal on the lamp, diode, or resistor, to the ignition switch terminal connected to the coil (or coil ballast resistor it may need one if it has the original coil, or a coil that needs an external resistor). This excites the field and turns it on.
The #2 terminal connects to the the big terminal on the alt. (just a short 14 gauge wire) JimN
Bob Ms incredible diagrams

From My understanding, (and others posts) there is a range over which it works. Probably need input on the limits. Jim

2v/150=0.08A.
'Side marker' like bulbs, such as #194 are 0.3A and some of the other small bulbs often mentioned such as # 53, 1815, 57 run from 0.12A to 0.24A and the 1976 Chevy used a resistance wire in the harness with 10 ohms resistance 12/10=1.2A..........so, it appears that a wide range will work, after all any field magnetism will generate something and after that the trio takes over and it sort of bootstraps itself.
